All domestic and international orders are shipped using Australia Post. We offer two options for shipping; Standard and Express Shipping.
Standard Domestic Shipping (2-3 business days): We offer free shipping for standard shipping within Australia.
Express Shipping (Next business day): For orders $100 and over, express shipping is free of charge. For orders under $100, a flat rate fee of $6 for express shipping applies to all orders shipped within Australia.
Express is a registered freight service whereby you can track your order online. Each order has a unique tracking number that is sent via email once the order is fulfilled.
Please keep in mind that orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day. Please remember: Saturday is not a business day :)
Any delivery date specified by us is a best estimate only and we cannot assume responsibility for any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Orders are subject to availability.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not return or exchange jewellery.
If an item is faulty, we will provide you with a replacement or if this is not possible a credit note or refund will be offered for all items where;
- jewellery is received in a damaged condition
- jewellery is faulty
- you notify us within 24 hours of the delivery date, providing a description with the fault in your items along with an image of the fault to email@example.com
Items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
